We are actively hiring throughout Southern California. All positions are subject to background check and BSIS compliance requirements.
Conduct scheduled and randomized mobile patrol routes in a marked WEA vehicle. Inspect properties, document observations, respond to incidents, and file digital reports. Valid driver's license and Guard Card required.
Provide a professional security presence at assigned properties including HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial sites. Manage access control, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents and resident concerns.
Oversee a team of patrol officers across assigned routes and sites. Conduct quality assurance checks, handle escalated incidents, mentor junior officers, and liaise directly with clients. Minimum 2 years security experience required.
Serve residential communities with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Enforce community rules, assist residents, monitor common areas, and document observations. Ideal for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds.
Monitor all active patrol units via GPS, coordinate officer deployments, handle inbound client and officer communications, and document all dispatch activity. Strong multitasking and communication skills essential.
